I will conduct a body, move, and work assessment which gathers body composition metrics, movement capabilities and work capacity threshold. This will inform the bespoke programme design and set the foundations for your journey.
Based around your goals, preferences, and assessment outcomes, I will create a bespoke, periodised exercise programme that you can follow and track through the CoachRX app - complete with movement tutorials.
Again, based around your goals, preferences and consultation discussion, I will work with you, using a habit-based approach, to implement or build upon a healthier lifestyle.
Monthly 45-minute consultation to review progress and alignment with your goals.
Weekly check-in form to inform me of your highs and lows. Ongoing exercise history tracking and structural imbalance analysis.
