My name is James Molden and I am an experienced personal trainer. I have worked in the industry for a decade now and I help people connect with their health and fitness by individualising their exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle plans. I have experience helping busy professionals and parents stay on top of their fitness goals and lead a fulfilling lives in the hectic modern world.
I have a background in sport and fitness that dates back over 20 years, playing competitive hockey at national league, county, and regional levels. After finishing playing hockey, my fitness levels dropped considerable and it was time to focus on fitness for health, not for sport.
Over the past 10 years I worked in fitness in some capacity. To start with as a hobby, whilst running my own business, to making it my full time career in the last 5 years. I am qualified in personal training, strength and conditioning, sports massage, and nutrition with certifications from Precision Nutrition and Opex.
Health and fitness is a way of life for me and I like to be as active as I possibly can be. My main drivers revolve around my family - I want to be fit and healthy so that I can continue to make memories and experience life with them.
